1/4 share mixed - $5.80 per pound hanging carcass weight, plus butcher fees. (average share is 90-110 lbs./ average total price for 1/4 share is $980-$1450)

1/2  share mixed- $5.55 per pound hanging carcass weight, plus butcher fees. (average share is 180-220 lbs./ average total price for 1/2 share is $2000-$2900)

Whole cow pricing is the same as 1/2 share

• These charges include slaughter, dry aging (2 weeks), custom cutting, vacuum sealing, freezing.
• Weights and prices vary due to size of individual cattle. 
• Shares include a variety of steaks, roasts, cubes, ground, (organs, and bones if you request it) and you can customize your order.
