FREEZER BEEF:
¼ share mixed - $8.90 per pound of beef (average share is 90-110 lbs./ average total price for 1/4 share is $890)
½ share mixed- $8.50 per pound of beef (average share is 180-220 lbs./ average total price for 1/2 share is $1700)
- These charges include slaughter, dry aging (1-2 weeks), custom cutting, vacuum sealing, freezing, and delivery to our farm.
- Weights and prices vary due to size of individual cattle.
- Shares include a variety of steaks, roasts, cubes, ground, (organs, and bones if you request it). We may be able to alter some orders to your preference.
